Your Booking
To access all the information about your ticket—such as date, time, ticket type, destination, and price—you only need to enter the “Your journey” section in the main menu of our website. There you will find a complete and updated summary of your booking, allowing you to check all your trip details easily and securely.
The day before your trip, you will receive an SMS confirmation, including the pick-up time and location. Our commitment is to provide you with maximum comfort, ensuring you always have all the essential information at hand to enjoy your trip worry-free. For Door-to-Door services, you can cancel up to 8 days beforehand. Changes or refunds are not allowed for the Express Line.
Airport Pick-up
The Geneva Airport has a Swiss and a French sector, and all arrivals land on the Swiss side. When you choose Alpy Transfers for your transfers to Geneva, you avoid a long walk to distant parking areas.
To find us, simply turn RIGHT upon entering the Arrivals hall from the baggage reclaim area and walk towards the Montreux Jazz Café. Our desk will be on the left (marked on the map with a red pin). The customer must check in at our airport's desk or with the driver. You will receive a confirmation SMS the day before the service date.
Resort Pick-up
The assigned driver will pick you up at the point and time selected when purchasing the ticket. To ensure your trip goes smoothly, you will receive a confirmation SMS the day before the service date.
This message will include detailed information on the date, exact location, and pick-up time, ensuring you have all the necessary data in advance. We recommend reviewing the information provided in the SMS and being present at the pick-up point with sufficient time to facilitate boarding and the punctual start of the journey.
